Q: We create pretty good member content, but how can we connect the dots?

A: We like to be buzz-free here but a phrase like “connect the dots” tells me that you know you need something but you don’t know how to pinpoint it. I’m guessing that you need to measure to prove that you create pretty good member content.

Start using technologies to measure what works on your site. That means measuring from the start (where your buyers come from) to the end (who ends up plunkin’ down the cash). That takes an integrated marketing platform. Here are just a few examples:

  • Eloqua
  • Infusion Soft
  • Pardot
